Culinary treats in our restaurant

A culinary experience in our Restaurant on the Renon/Ritten:
The South Tyrolean cuisine is appreciated by fine palates and gourmets in many cookbooks. As an experienced and creative chef I also have my favourite dishes and I am happy to cook them with passion for you, especially if you are not in a hurry. I never cook my dishes in advance, but always on the spot. It is an immense joy for me when my culinary creations meet your taste and when you make me understand in words what your palate is feeling.

We serve Speck, spinach, vegetable, beetroot, cheese and buckwheat dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen and potato gnocchi during the whole year. Can I offer you something "sweet" like apricot, plum, strawberry or nougat dumplings? Come at brunch or snack time and ask for our Speck and Kaminwurz (smoked sausages). Our thirst-quenchers: homemade elderflower or mint-melissa juice. As soon as you have taken a seat in our restaurant, we will be happy to recommend you special dishes from our Tyrolean kitchen.
