Starters

House-smoked salmon duo
Cucumber and apple salad, olive soil, honey butter original of Renon/Ritten

Egg cooked at 64°C
Topinambur (Jerusalem artichoke) cream, spinach, and crispy Vinschgerle bread

Low-temperature cooked beef cheek

Dinner: 6:00 – 8:30 pm

On Sunday, January 18th also open for lunch: 11:30 am – 3:00pm
