What is Törggelen?

Törggelen is a centuries-old South Tyrolean tradition born among vineyards and wine cellars: a festive time to taste the young wine and regional delicacies. On the Ritten/Renon, this custom has preserved its authentic charm, offering guests a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
